Refund policy

If you’ve changed your mind or are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can contact us us for a return authorization. You can return most new, unopened and unused items, in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Process: email us at support@lightwarehouse.ca start the return process. All returns are at the sole discretion of the Light Warehouse. Once we receive the product back and inspect it, we will issue you a refund for the product(s).

You are responsible for all shipping costs unless it is an error on our part. Items returned must be in their original product packaging in an unused condition. There may be a restocking fee of 15% to cover the opening, inspecting, reboxing, and payment fees associated with the order.

Some consumable items purchased are non-refundable, such as holiday lights.

Special order products are not refundable.

Return Process:

  1. To receive a return authorization please email: support@lightwarehouse.ca
  2. In the Subject Line put: RETURN
  3. Please provide the following details:
    • Your Name
    • Your Phone Number
    • Your Order Number (if you have it)
    • The Products you would like to return
    • Reason for the return 
  4. You will receive an approval email with the shipping directions within 3 business days.
